API 443 Error

Hi everyone,

Today when I tried to collect the data with Fitbit API,  I got this error for some accounts: 

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.fitbit.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /oauth2/token (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7fe16eef4908>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or service not known',))

However, some accounts are normal. Do you guys know if this is a Fitbit server issue or my issue?

I can try to investigate this problem for you.   What endpoints were you calling when the error occurred?

I checked our logs for the past 2 days and do not see this error message appear.   Are you still seeing this error?
