API list of endpoints and data returned from Fitbit to app.

Hello,

In your documentation page, you give the necessary URL parameters and request headers to receive data from Fitbit. However, the example responses given as well as actual responses on my end sometimes vary in regards to the json file headers (some headers appear and some don't depending on the type of activity or event), such as in the case of "source" in the "Get Activity Logs List" response. 

I am currently still in the developing stages of my app, and had the following questions:

1) Are all expected return data headers listed in the example responses of the docs page?

2) If not, is there a list of all potential return data headers available?
