About Callback URL while registering new mobile app

Hi im trying to  register an app for IOS(IPhone) platform , while registration  process the blog asking the "Applocation URL"  and "CallBack  URL", first time im going to develop app so i dont have "Application URL"  and im not aware of  callback url,  im trying to develop the app for IPhone so could you please help me to solve the issue.

Hello, if your organization does not have website you can specify any random url.

http://localhost should work.

Ahhhh.  the "http://" is essential.  

Without that the Register An App page returns " ___ is not a valid url"

And does not tell you what exactly the problem is.
