Hello all,
Our Project developed an application using the web API.
When the user of our application synchronized the step data with the Fitbit application on May 12 (Japan time)
He couldn't sync step count data with the Fitbit app and our app.
Please let us know if there was a failure during this weekend (May 11th, 12th)
about requests for the following API.
Or was there a failure on the server side?
The user's device is a Charge2.
Currently, it doesn't seem to be a problem,
but I would like to know why the step count data couldn't be synchronized on the weekend.

Hi @hiroko_a
To my knowledge, there was not a server error over the weekend. You can go to https://www.fitbitstatus.com/ to see if Fitbit is having server problems.
Would you please provide more information on the behavior that was observed? Was the user receiving an error when they were syncing their data with the mobile application or was it successful? Was the application receiving an error when querying the step data or was there an error or no data returned?
