Acess Heart Rate Intraday Time Series

ANSWERED

Hi, I've applied to get the "Get Heart Rate Intraday Time Series" endpoint to access your heart rate data. Our application Nutrieduc collects patient data, we currently collect sleep data, but now we need to collect heart rate data to see the R-R interval. I made the request on the form (https://dev.fitbit.com/reference/web-api/help/), but I did not have any answers.

Hi, @ChrisMFtBt, I think there is problem with form itself.

We have tried several times with different browsers but haven't got any tickets after submitting form. After submit form only shows

 but there is no further action.

Is it possible to make request directly through email?

@ArtursB Hi, there! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The form should now be working as expected. Please give this link: https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/help/ another try to open a ticket! Let me know if you have questions.

@ChrisMFtBt @AlessFitbit Hello all. Regarding your answers, I would like to tell you about my personal situation:

I´ve made again my intraday access request since I made it 2 more times in past for server application mode. This is my case code 'Case (#25394712)' and this my app ID (22CSFK).

My point is that I don´t know if I´ve been granted intraday access. Because firstly in past I´ve tried successfully getting some data from my registered Fitbit application in mode Personal Use (when everything with intraday access worked like a charm). Then I needed to change to server application mode and I used the form to get access to intraday time series data. Actually, I do not know if you granted my permissions since I am getting this result from an endpoint to get steps data on a given day:

{"activities-steps":[{"dateTime":"2018-05-28","value":"5055"}]}

As you can see, I only get the total amount of steps instead of steps by minute granularity, which worked me perfectly in Personal mode.

Many thanks, Angel

Hello @GordonFitbit,

We are in the same situation as @ArtursB, We have sent a request to get access to the various Intraday time series with the following form (https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/help/) - But haven't got any ticket or replies, only a message "Success! Your email has been sent".

It's been almost a week, could you check if our message was received. It is for the Georacing app we are building for our racing platform (http://www.georacing.com/)

Hi @Srj035,

Thank you for providing your case number.  Based on the description you provided, it sounds like you are requesting access to your personal Intraday data.  When you create a personal application through dev.fitbit.com, you will automatically receive access to your personal Intraday data.  Requesting approval is only required when building a client or server based application and retrieving intraday data for other Fitbit users.
