Hi Fitbit !
We are implementing active minutes to our games and are debugging from Fitbit account <redacted>.
Data about active durations, by intensity level, are different when displaid on mobile application as the ones displaid on online Fitbit dashboard. Web API has same data as online dashboard but we do not understand why it is different on the Fitbit mobile application.
Any hint to help us ?

Yes, active minutes will also start counting after 10 minutes of continuous activity. The device will only display active minutes or active zone minutes (not both) based on the functionality it supports. Regardless of device, the Web APIs only return active minutes. Once the APIs support active zone minutes, we will document the criteria for AZM to be returned.

Hi @pécé
Please don't include personal information, such as user ids, in the public forum. If needed, we will ask for that information to be sent to us directly through a private message.
What you're seeing is a discrepancy between the functionality of the device vs what the Web APIs provide. In April 2020, the new devices started supporting active zone minutes. Active zone minutes is different than active minutes. This article explains the differences.
The Fitbit mobile application will display the active zone minutes while it looks like the web dashboard is showing active minutes. The Web APIs also show active minutes. We have an enhancement to expose active zone minutes through the Web APIs, and hoping this data will be made available soon. Once it is, we will let the community know.

Hi @Gordon-C and thank you for this answer.
I have a subsequent question : are active minutes provided by Web API always triggered for sessions longer than 10 minutes ? Expressed otherwise : is the 10 minutes trigger threshold related to the device (only old ones) or to the data types (active minutes) ?
