After April 12 how slow will Oauth1 requests be?

I am not sure if we will make the deadline so I am wondering how slow the Oauth1 requests will be after that. I have read that Oauth2 will be prioritized until August 1 at which point Oauth1 will be disabled.

I'm not sure yet, as it will depend on the balance of each request type. I expect it to be on a magnitude of hundreds of milliseconds, not seconds.
