Are certificates from LetsEncrypt supported?

I was trying to verify a subscriber and I'm not seeing the traffic from Fitbit make it to my server so I was wondering if Let's Encrypt certificates were supported.

 

Quick edit: I'm not seeing the traffic make it to the application server.
