Recently our group is working on a research. We've bought several ChargeHRs and planned to use them to record heart rate changes during the process, and second-level data is needed.
I want to process the data recorded with third-party softwares like Numpy&R&Matlab in order to visualize them in our research paper. For that reason, .csv format data would be the most convenient.
In the previous question "Anyway to pull the data to a csv?"in this forum, SteveH answered that "the export features are part of the premium membership." But I still wonder whether I can get second-level data directly in .csv format if I buy a premium membership, and if yes, how?
Thanks for all of your help.

Export features are *not* a premium feature. They are available for free. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/Can-I-export-my-fitness-data-to-my-computer
There currently is no second-level CSV export from this feature.
You might consider Fitabase, a third-party product, which has many export options if you don't want to use the Fitbit Web API.
