Can't subscribe to activities collection

So I'm having an issue where I'm getting 200 successful response from adding a subscription to activities, but when I list all subscriptions, I get an empty array.

 

This seems to be only happening with activities. I've tried it with foods, sleep etc, and they all subscribe successfully and show up fine in list subscriptions.

 

What could possibly be the issue?

 

My current workaround is to just subscribe to all collections.

Would you please provide me with the steps and endpoints to reproduce the problem?   I'm not able to reproduce the problem based on your description.
