Challenges API?

+1 to this. I'm really looking for the ability to use a challenges API to tie into an application that delivers real world rewards.

It would also be great to expose the data to view challenges won over time, overall win loss record, how the step count of your competitor influences others.

Having FitBit as the arbitor for the competitions itself is extremly value and it'd be great to leverage.

This would be perfect for being able to display active office challenges (or company activity groups) leaderboard stats within our intranet site or our internal mobile app.  Creating new challenges and inviting an entire team (e.g, office staff, school classroom, group of friends) via integration with other apps would be fantastic.

+1 to @ciaogrant's idea. I had something similar in my mind. I'd like to use it build my own custom leaderboard and automate the announcement of results.

Hi there, we are looking to use it to promote company wellness. We always create challenges between colleagues every week, the team of competitors is growing and the max number of challengers are well exceeding several challenges. For a small internal application hooked into our chat application and servers to create, manage, and invite fitbit challengers would be great 🙂

I love to manifest fitbit challange data, here is how 

1. I have multiple challanges around the globe, since fitbit only allows 10 participants, we cannot incorporate more people, which in-turn push us to run two challanges together and share statistics

2. I want to write a node application and host is on heroku with firebase as real-time database. This will expose their accolads (challanges won) statistics across the globe and showcase their achievement(S).

This is would be fun to see their accolads (of challanges won) on a page that they can share but I need FitBit Challanges acccess via API

I too want to toy with the Fitbit challenge API. 

I wonder if we can build a dapp based on this data. It would be a lot of fun to access this and be creative.

This post was made a long time ago. Any updates since 2015 till now with regards to this request? I am on the lookout for this solution (I am very very very interested) and any further information will be really appreciated! Thanks
