Changing the subscription endpoint does not work

Hello,

we are currently redeploying our data ingestion infrastructure and therefore need to change the subscription endpoint the notifications are sent to.

I added the new endpoint in the "Edit Application" screen and made sure that it is properly verified. Afterwards I disabled the old endpoint and choose the new endpoint as the default.

 

As a result the notifications at the old endpoint have ceased, but none showed up at the new endpoint. I feared loosing data and turned the old endpoint on, causing it to immediately receive data again.

How can I properly set up the new endpoint?

I'd like to take a look at your application settings, could you please PM me your Client ID?

 

In the meantime, please check all the possible scenarios listed in our Common Solutions page for why you might not be receiving webhook notifications on your new subscription.
