Definition of Mets in Charge HR

ANSWERED

I use activities/calories in https://dev.fitbit.com/docs/activity/

I get the data below.

{u'mets' : 10, u'time': u'00:40:00, u'value': 1.1744999885559082, u'level'; 0}

I was sleeping at that time

With my understanding,doing very hard exercise will let METs higher than 8.

I can not understand why my mets is 10 when i am sleeping.

Does anyone knows the definition of mets here?

I do! That value always returns without a decimal point. It's a 1.0 when 10, 10.0 when 100, etc. Doesn't matter the model Fitbit, the API will return in this manner for all the models.
