Definition of light/medium/high activity

When pulling data from FitBit, the table reports “Light Activity,” “Medium Activity,” and “High Activity.”

What are the definitions of these data points? I have searched and haven’t found a firm answer. They do no seem to correspond with Fat Burn, Cardio, and Peak heart rate zones.
