Hello,
I have a few questions about the demo accounts.
1. I am part of a multi-site research study where each site functions independently. When requesting accounts via Issue Tracker, should we submit a single request under the overall study, or can each site request accounts independently? Additionally, is it best to request a large amount of demo accounts upfront or request them as needed?
2. Does the 6-month timer begin once we receive the CSV file or only once the accounts are activated and first logged into?
3. Because we are a multi-site research study, does each site need to complete their own individual research application?
4. Are there any other processes that need to be completed besides the research application? Are there any upfront costs or fees?
