Facing 500 error for various participants for activities, heart rate, steps API end points

Hi Fitbit Team,
Our team is facing 500 errors for different api calls (activities, heart, steps etc ) for some users.
Understand that there is an incident report in October: https://www.fitbitstatus.com/incidents/qnn0vsh186c3 that mentioned the spike of 500 errors and that it is resolved on 15th October. However, we are still consistently getting 500 errors for users, till today.

Could Fitbit look into investigating this, or provide any updates? Much appreciated.

Hi @sherlynntan

I'm not aware of any issues with our service that would cause 500 errors.  Would you please PM your client ID so I can see if it is specific to your application?

Hello @Gordon-C

Thanks for looking into this.

Dropped you a direct message with the title - Re: Facing 500 error for various participants for activities, heart rate, steps API end points.
I think the 500 errors are known incidents by Fitbit, as per what is stated in the incident report here: https://www.fitbitstatus.com/incidents/qnn0vsh186c3

The issue is marked as resolved on 15th October, but we are still recently facing issues. (up till last 10 days)

Hi @sherlynntan ... Thank you for sending over the information I requested.  After looking in our logs, I believe the 500 errors you're receiving is different than the problem posted on fitbitstatus.   Your issue seems isolated to several specific dates.   I will create a support case so we can further investigate.   You should receive an email to the address in your profile
