Failure to reply to Intraday Time Series request

Fitbit, 

 

TadPOL previously requested Intraday Time Series for a masters thesis. It has been 2 months since we requested and the ticket was #27595831. We recently opened a new ticket (#28249393) and are waiting patiently for a reply. Unfortunately, time is running out to include Fitbit in the research. Please help.
