Hi,
I have integrated the Web API in my iOS app to allow users to connect to Fitbit and show their steps in the app. I have a user that can't see their steps in my app using an Alta device. Are the Alta devices supported? The Ace 2 is not supported for example. Is there any webpage where I can see what devices are supported?
Thanks.

Hi @pepejeria
All Fitbit devices, except for the Ace family, will have their data available through the Web APIs. To troubleshoot this problem, try to
- Execute one of the activity endpoints outside of your application to determine if the data is available
- Follow the steps in this guide to verify the user id you have matches the user's Fitbit account, https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/troubleshooting-guide/common-solutions/#Data-Synchoni....
