Fitbit Inspire 2 SPO2 data is visible in the app but not retrievable via the web API.

I'm unable to retrieve SPO2 data via the Fitbit Web API (Intraday API). The required scope is allowed, and other intraday data, including breathing rate, can be retrieved without issues. However, SPO2 data is not available through the API. Additionally, SPO2 data is visible in the Fitbit app. Can you help me understand what the issue might be?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @hwdm,

From my understanding, the Inspire 2 does not support SPO2 data. Are you seeing SPO2 data populate with this device? If so, can you provide me with an example either by a JSON response or a screenshot from your mobile app?

Sorry for the delayed response.

I mistakenly thought that skin temperature was SpO2. That was my misunderstanding.

I just learned from you that the Inspire 2 does not support SpO2.

I have one more question.

Does the Inspire 2 support only skin temperature and not core temperature?

Thank you for your response.

@hwdm The inspire 2 supports both core temperature and skin temperature. Are you encountering an issue where one or both of the temperatures aren't returning?

Yes. Neither in the app nor in the API, Core Temperature is searched, only Skin Temperature is searched.

Hi John
My inspire 2 also only automatically detects my skin temperature, is it supposed to be able to automatically detect your core temp too?

Thank you ☺️
