The `startTime` of an activity returned from this endpoint doesn't appear to include seconds. So if you use that `startTime` as the `afterDate` parameter when trying to retrieve new activities, that activity may be included in the response, which is easy enough to work around, but unexpected.

Took me a while to figure out what you where meaning but i understand now.
You would have to implement a check on the activityID
