Get the raw accelerometer data

I want to get the recorded raw accelerometer data. I have looked into the Get-Intra-Day-Time-Series function which provides data at minute level, but from the example responses it looks like they are not raw data. Also is it possible to get more frequent data (like per second) ?

5 years ago it was only for the Fitbit Ionic, for which Fitbit devices/lines is it possible at the moment to retrieve raw accelerometer data?

You can get accelerometer data from any Fitbit OS device (ie, any Versa or Sense). However, accelerometer data isn't available from the Web API (probably because there would be too much of it). The accelerometer is accessible using the Device API. Getting the data off the watch is a challenge, but possible.

I managed to do it with a Microsoft Band, some years back, by streaming the signals to a laptop via Bluetooth.
