Hi Fitbit Support team,
I’m encountering a 403 Forbidden error when Fitbit attempts to call the Subscriber endpoint URL, as observed on May 22, 2025. This endpoint is triggered when I sync data from my Fitbit Watch using the Fitbit App.
Could you please confirm if there have been any recent changes on Fitbit’s side that might be causing this issue? Alternatively, do you have any insights into what might be leading to this error?
