The Heart Rate Intraday Time Series exposes the date and time as a local date and time without time zone.
When Daylight Savings Time begins this is not a big issue. The time leaps from 02:00 to 03:00.
But when DST ends there are two sets of data points between 02:00 and 03:00. I suspect that the new data points overwrites the old datapoints when they collide. In my case I found my heart rate to be 61 on 02:12:13 and 67 on 02:12:14 and then 61 again on 02:12:15.
Dates should always be in UTC (or at least have a time zone) until presented to the human end user!
