Heart Rate Intraday Time Series does not get last minute of the day

When calling https://api.fitbit.com/1/user/-/activities/heart/date/2017-05-09/1d/1sec.json no date will be downloaded for the last minute of the day.

 

Other calls (.../time/00:00/23:59.json) do this as well. The end time is exclusive and should be inclusive.

 

Is this a bug or am I doing it wrong?
