How could I notice that my app's subscription is disabled?

I have been using your service so far. And I have a few question about your service.

Could I notice when my app's notification is disabled? I configured notice email, but I couldn't receive notification frequently.
Though I looked through Fitbit API document, I couldn't find appropriate feature.
Could you tell me If you have any solutions?

Do you have any other way that I confirm whether my app's subscription is disabled or not?
I think it's better if the solution is accesible by RESTful API.
