How to retrieve intra day data with oauth 2.0

September 2016 Web API Breaking Change

Due to the above notice, is it possible to pull intra-day data with (oauth 2.0 oauthorization, grant type code) flow as the following steps?

(1) make a API call (request) for intra-day data

(2) Fitbit grants for some app can connect and retrieve intra-day data?

(3) allow users to set privacy settings

My question is the number 2, if its is necessary to grant app for retrieving permission, please notice me.

I can send you the app ID in private.
