How to tell if activity has TCX information?

Is their anywhere that specifics what device are able to generate TCX files? (assuming its the blaze+ionic..)

From the 'Get Activity Logs List' is their any way to tell if the activity has TCX information? (are different fields returned). The docs dont specify this anywhere

We don’t currently expose what devices are able to generate tcx files on any endpoint. Eligible devices are MobileTrack (iOS, Android, and Windows), Surge, Charge 2, Blaze, and Ionic. Future “fully-featured” devices that can explicitly track exercises on device will be able to export tcx as well.

The /user/-/activities/list.json endpoint provides a tcx link for every exercise. As of now, only GPS exercises have non-trivial tcx files including: GPS, distance, calories, and heart rate.
