Incomplete steps data for FitBit User

We have a user who has synced his Fitbit to our app. His device and Fitbit dashboard show data back to the beginning of January 2020. We are getting everything for the entire year except Jan 2-Feb 5, with the exception of 7 days from Jan 16-22. We have reset his account and resynced it several times and the complete set that we get from the API is missing these dates. His Fitbit dashboard is showing data all through January. Any thoughts as to why we would not be getting sent this data?

Would you please private message me the Fitbit user id, the endpoint your executing and the data you are trying to retrieve which is missing?   I'll investigate it further for you.
