Increased 503 errors

Hi,

 

Since roughly 2022/08/28 we are receiving a very high number of 503 errors on steps and 

minutesSedentary calls to api.fitbit.com as well as some of the token refresh calls.

 

Are there any known issues? as I can't see anything listed on the incidents page for august.

I'm not aware of any problems with our service that would generate a 503 error.   I'll send you a private message to request additional information from you.

Hi @imlUser 

 

To close the loop on this problem, it seems the problem as resolved itself after an action on your side.   My recommendation is to monitor the sitation and report back if it happens again.
