Intraday Access With Web API

Dear Fitbit Team,

It's been more that a week, we have not received any update regarding the request for Intraday Data access.
Case number: 00100634

Explanation for Intraday Access :

Gymiles App is already live with apple health kit and google fit.

But based on customer requests we are going to add FITBIT web API in our app.

But we need intraday data for steps and heart rate to show in the chart so users can compare that data with their previous activity.

Could you please provide the intraday data access ASAP.
