Hello,

 

Has something changed in the Intraday Heart rate API access policies ? We were granted access and were able to pull data earlier but we are now getting 403 error - Insufficient permissions granted by Fitbit

 

This has been an impediment to the ongoing research study we are currently working on.

 

Can you please help in this regard.

Have you confirmed the user granted the heart rate data for your application?  If so, would you please private message me your client ID and the heart rate endpoint that you're executing.
