Hi there! 

I have implemented fit bit authorisation in my app which is working fine. But I was getting following error on accessing time duration based steps - 

insufficient_permissions

API client is not authorised by Fitbit to access the resource requested.

So I submitted intraday request to Fitbit 6 days ago(14 sept) but haven't received any reply yet. 

The case number is 37668416. 

Plz let me know how long does it usually take for request to get approved.
