Intraday access request

Hi Team,

i am working an android/ios application . we need to collect intraday step count values as suggested i submitted may request to https://dev.fitbit.com/reference/web-api/help/ but we are not getting any replay from fitbit team.

 

Please suggest how to reach fitbit team is there any other ways to get help from them

Dear Fitibit Team,

Fitbit Client ID is : 22CHFB

We are currently developing Android & iOS application known as Active Health for Singapore Sports Ministry.



Purpose :

This app is part of Active health lab whose main purpose is help improve Singapore citizens fitness, where in a Coach tracks the user activities and guides him to improve his fitness, core strength.

For this we need to collect Intraday step count details and show it in the application.

Hi Sunilkumar,

 

The correct channel to request intraday access is to fill out the form https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/help/.

 

Refer to the Get Activity Intraday Time Series section of https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/activity/#activity-time-series

"Access to the Intraday Time Series for all other uses is currently granted on a case-by-case basis. Applications must demonstrate necessity to create a great user experience. Fitbit is very supportive of non-profit research and personal projects. Commercial applications require thorough review and are subject to additional requirements. Only select applications are granted access and Fitbit reserves the right to limit this access. To request access, fill out the form here"

@ActiveHealth, did you receive a case number upon creating your request? If so, can you PM me the case number?
