Intraday denied access

Hello everyone!
I am Alex, and currently at my last year of university, as my final year project I was studying wearable technologies and how it could help elders and people with special needs. Throughout my dissertation I have managed to connect the Fitbit API to retrieve data and information to further analyse and study the data. Although it looks like I cannot retrieve the data of the "Intraday Functionality" for example: "Get Sp02 Intraday by Date"
I get the error "Request failed with status code 403" No permission.

Could anyone help me with this issue? Thank you for your time and understanding.

Also, I have submitted the form to enable intraday and still no answer.
