It is unusual for the timestamps of that sleep log being recorded that way. I'd like to bring this up to our engineering team, but is it possible to retrieve some information from the user on that specific date? For example, was the user sleeping while on a plane flight that passes over a date line / time zone?

We added logs on our end and have observed that more and more users are syncing similar invalid sleep times, with at least 3 different users in the last 2 weeks.
