Legality of Naming App

I read through the TOS of the API and couldn't seem to find anything explicity discussing this, but I wanted to create an app using the API called Fit16bit as a "play on words" if you will.

 

Is this okay? Logo would obviously not look like fitbit logo at all, and would still follow the branding guidelines.

The logo and trademark guidelines are at https://dev.fitbit.com/trademark

 

Section b: "You may not use 'FITBIT' or any variation thereof in the name of your Developer Applications."
