Hi Fitbit Support,
We're experiencing a data availability issue with some participants in our system. While we're successfully retrieving steps data (both daily totals and minute-by-minute intraday metrics), we're encountering gaps in the heart rate data collection. I can provided more information if needed. Any assistance would be great resolving this. Thanks

My apologies for the delay. The pictures you provided do not show heart data missing at the same time as the step data. It's possible the users are only wearing their device while their exercising. Would you be able to verify if the heart rate data is missing during the same time as the activity data is collected?
