Hello all,
I am currently expanding my app that is used for research by a hospital and want to get access to the patients resting heart rate over time.
I am calling this URL:
https://api.fitbit.com/1/user/-/activities/heart/date/2019-08-15/7d.json
Everything works fine when I use my own account and I am able to grab the restingHeartRate as outlined here: https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/heart-rate/
But when a test user logs into the app with their Fitbit account the restingHeartRate is not displayed causing the app to break. I have intraday access and users are accessing that information successfully at other portions of the app. Are there specific gates on intraday access and the FitBit team needs to give me access to this data as well? Or is there another URL I need to be calling.
Any help/information is greatly appreciated.

Hi @hoosierfan24,
Welcome to the forums!
It appears you also have an open case (28141707) with me, which I have provided you with a response to instead of here.
Let me know if you don't see it, and I'll be happy to follow up.
