Hi all,
Really enjoying my Flex 2 + Charge 2 the last few weeks, and as an iOS developer I'm playing with the API a bit, really good job!
When I search for "fitbit" in the iOS App Store, there are quite a few iOS apps out there using the API, with names such as "Power Sync for Fitbit", "Finder for Fitbit", "Manager for Fitbit" etc. Quite a long list of mostly paid iOS apps: https://fnd.io/#/us/search?mediaType=ios&term=fitbit
I have a few ideas myself, but reading the trademark guidelines: is the "X for Fitbit" naming OK? From https://dev.fitbit.com/trademark : "You may not use "FITBIT" or any variation thereof in the name of your Developer Applications. You may not use "FITBIT" or any variation thereof in any domain name, email address, keyword or social media user name."
So, are these apps in violation of the terms, or is this something that's not so strict in the Apple App Store? Really looking forward to create something useful and of course it helps if users can discover the Apps when searching for fitbit.

Hi @JaBee, thanks for bringing that to our attention.
You can't regisiter an app at dev.fitbit.com without agreeing to the Fitbit Platform Terms of Service, which also prohibits the use of Fitbit in the name. Please follow the ToS and Trademark Guidelines.
