No response from Intraday

Hello,

 

Two weeks ago I submitted an Intraday Request to the Fitbit API Team (case number: 00100672). I have not received any response since. I reached out to fitbit-developer-support@google.com with no luck.

 

Should I keep waiting? Is there some other way to contact the Fitbit team in order to know the status of my case?
