Not consistently being notified about users activity

Hello FitBit team,

 

We have a few users that when they sync their fitbit or add activity through the web site, we are not being notified. This started happening after we switched the subscriber endpoint. We have logging in place at entry and sometimes we get a notification for new activity but most times we are not. This does not happen with the other test users as we are adding activity at the same time and the notifications occur as expected.

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't receiving notifications for some of your users. So that I can see what's going on, can you please private message me your client ID along with sample user IDs and their authorization tokens?
