Not receiving notifications for all users

My client application http://fitbitweb.azurewebsites.net/ does not receive notification for all users 

There is at least one subscription  (3VR4K9). Please help me on that.

For investing issues with specific users, please contact us privately.

 

Include:

  • Your app's client id
  • Your subscriber URI
  • The user ids and the subscription ids you think aren't being triggered

 

But before you do that, verify that you did indeed create a subscription for the user. You can do this by calling the List Subscriptions endpoint. Also, verify that you actually are not receiving the notifications by examining your notification logs.
