One of my user not able to sync data from your api

I have a user whose data is coming in total steps activity name whereas it should come in tracker steps activity name

Could you PM the affected user's user id to me and confirm which Fitbit device this user is using to sync their activity data? Additionally, please provide me with the dates in question for the missing tracker recorded activity data.
