Problem verifying subscriber endpoints

Hi,

We have 2 applications which we have trouble verifying the subscriber end point. I've sent multiple emails to api@fitbit.com and fitbit-support@fitbit.com, and also submitting a form on the Help Page. I havent heard back for over a month now, may I know how else can I get support on this?

I'm having the same issue. Have you been able to make it work? My certificate is from DigiCert.
