Intraday form for HRV data is not approved yet

I want to write an iOS app that uses heartbeat data to calculate HRV, or calculate HRV in the Fitbit device itself. Currently, Fitbit Inspire 2 calculates HRV only for when user is sleeping. I'm interested in what you are doing.

It's not clear to me what you are asking for in your post.   Using the Web API is freely available.   You can have access to the HR and HRV data.  Yes, we calculate HRV while the user is sleep.   If you want access to the intraday data, then you need to submit a request at https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/intraday/.
