Nope, It doesn't seem something they want even to expose via SDK: Add SpO2 Sensor to SDK - Fitbit Community
I guess that's because it's mostly a "premium" feature and they don't want to us to handle our data 😞

Thank you. I understand what you are saying. I am not sure of the reasoning. However, the data is owned by us (e.g.: I create my Oauth2 access token for personal). Thus, this data is mine. Do you know if there is someone or another process to talk to a Fitbit person directly?

Don't know try to ask twitter support, I'm quite sure that especially in EU fitbit has to give you such data on request, however they still may not provide an API for that for commercial reasons.
EDIT: The exported data only contains the Infrared to Red Signal Ratio and not the computed SpO2 percentage, and this is weird given that they also provide various computed data, so I think we should definitely ask support for that.
