Requests for Intraday Access Fail - See "force.com" "Error: Login is required to access this"

Good day,

I have tried to submit a request for Intraday Data. After completing the form I am sent to this page.

Can you please advise on how one would complete this form?

Hi,

I want to note that I did shortly after submitting the request receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of the application. It would still be nice to know what this page is broken but that is a separate issue I suppose.

Thank you for letting us know.   We haven't seen this issue before.  Did you happen to capture the URL you were redirected to?
