Saturated Fat from Food Database PUBLIC Records

I understand the nutritionalValue node is not returned on PUBLIC food records, due apparently to licensing issues. However...

 

Is there an alternative method or special permission available where I might query the api for a targeted nutritional value, specifically Saturated Fat, in context with a PUBLIC food record?

 

This would be for a university research study.
