Elevated 500 errors

Hello, we have noticed an elevated amount of 500 errros coming from the Fitbit Web API. Can someone investigate these problems?

Hi i'm getting the following error when trying to retrieve the sleep data for the users

"An error occurred with the Fitbit Web API while processing the request. Error id: A29E4F47:3E9A_A92D900A:01BB_59A43709_49C8AD6D:3674"

The endpoint is the following:

https://api.fitbit.com/1.2/user/-/sleep/date/2017-08-21/2017-08-28.json

The error started happening at intermittent rate some days ago, and currently it's happening every time

We are still experiencing Fitbit API 500 errors.

@AndrewFitbit Can you let me know why we keep getting the following errors?
