Did you mean:

Sorry.... It's not you. It's Us. Message are showing to my iPhone user trying to connect my app.

For 18 + months we have not had an issue with the FitBit SDK and oauth.  Then all of a sudden a week ago, my users are having a connection problem with their Fitbit and my app.  It is only affecting iPhone users approximately 10% of my population that has FitBits and iPhones (>1500 users).

First I am having issues with finding my app in the "Manage my App" section of the SDK login - https://dev.fitbit.com/login

So its difficult to debug and understand what is going on?  Can someone help me find where my app is and also help me understand what has changed?

iPhone web call back looks like:

https://www.fitbit.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=227FCM&expires_in=2592000&prompt=consent&redirect_...

Android:

https://www.fitbit.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=227FCM&expires_in=2592000&prompt=consent&redirect_...

@clintonb I still can not find my app.  It is somehow gone from my account.  Can you help?

I don’t know why your app disappeared. That’s a question to be answered by
Fitbit engineers.

I would just make a new one.

What will happen if I make a new one? I have 1000 users on that the original one.

How do I get a hold of Fitbit engineers?

At this point your users (assuming a deployed mobile app) are already
screwed. If you can make an app with the same key and secret, you should be
fine.

I’m just a random API user like you. Aside from complaining on Twitter I
have no clue how to get in contact with Fitbit.

@clintonb Thank you for your time to help another random user of the API. Always good to ask. I still have not been contacted by Fitbit and its been 3 plus weeks since trying "professional” means of getting answers.
